摘 要:对浙江雪胆各器官主要金属元素分布及其与土壤养分之间的关系进行了研究,结果表明,1)浙江雪胆原生土壤中Fe元素的含量最高,其次是K元素,Mn和Zn含量较低;2)植物的各器官中,均以K元素含量最高,其次是Ca和Mg,微量元素Fe、Mn和Zn含量均相对较低;3)Fe、Mn和Zn 3种微量元素均以根中含量为最高,Mg和Ca元素均以块茎中较高,K则以叶中最高;4)同一器官元素分布均呈正相关,而不同器官之间的元素分布整体上呈负相关;5)根中Mg、K和Ca均与土壤元素含量整体上呈负相关,块茎中元素均与土壤元素含量均呈正相关,叶中除Fe元素外,其他元素均与土壤元素含量均呈负相关;6)各器官大量元素的富集系数较高。Hemsleya zhejiangensis, an endemic dangered and protective plant. This Natural Reserve, Eastern China. Based on field investigation, elment distribution and its relationship with soil nutrients of H. zhejiangensis were studied. The results showed that: 1 ) the content of Fe was highest in soil. 2) The content of K was highest in all the organs. 3)The microelements of Fe, Mn and Zn were highest in root. The macroelements of Mg and Ca were highest in stem, and the K were highest in leaf. 4)There was a positive correlation among elments in the same organ, and a negative correlation in different organs. 5) In addition, there existed a negative correlation between the elements of Mg, K and Ca in root and soil, so between the elements except Fe in leaf and soil. While there existed a positive correlation between the elements in stem and soil. 6)The concentration factor of K, Mg and Ca of different organs were higher.
