摘  要:介绍了广西长洲水利枢纽船闸检修施工中人字门检修工艺及检测技术,通过运用先进的检测设备、现代检测理论与合理的检测方法对长洲水利枢纽1、2号船闸人字门背拉杆和A、B杆进行了调整,使主、副背拉杆预应力满足要求,门体几何形状得以矫正,消除了门体运行过程中背拉杆与门体的撞击;通过对下游人字门门轴柱支枕垫块、支块的同步仿形修磨,极大地改善了支枕垫块受力,消除了挤卡震动现象,解决了船闸漏水问题,为后续船闸检修积累了经验,为同类船闸检修提供了参考依据。The overhaul technologies and testing techniques for ship lock miter gate of Changzhou Water Conservancy Project in Guangxi Province are introduced. By the use of advanced testing equipment, modern detection theories and reasonable detection methods, we adjust the miter gate's diagonal braces and A, B braces of No. 1 and No. 2 locks. As a result, the pre -stress of main and assistant diagonal braces can meet the requirements, and the gate geometry is corrected and the striking between diagonal brace and gate body is avoided during its operation. Through synchronous profiling grinding of the heel post support pillow spacer of downstream miter gate, the load - hearing is greatly improved, the phenomena of squeeze and vibration are eliminated and the problem of water leakage is solved completely.
