摘  要:研究镁基复合材料真空吸渗挤压工艺参数对制件成形质量的影响规律以及参数选取原则,对成形过程中典型成形缺陷的主要特征、成因等进行了分析,提出了针对性的预防和控制措施:提高液态金属浇注温度与模具预热温度,可以改善预制体的浸渗效果;严格控制挤压温度是预防表面裂纹的根本措施;改善模具表面质量或润滑状况,可以降低表面裂纹及制件弯曲产生的几率。The influence of process parameters on the forming quality of magnesium matrix composites by extrusion directly following vacuum infiltration was studied,and the selection method of process parameters was put forward.The main characteristics and causes of typical defects were analyzed,and the prevention and control measures were proposed,which means that higher pouring temperature and preheating temperature of mould can contribute to perfecting the infiltration of magnesium liquid in the preformed body.It is the key measure that extrusion temperature should be strickly controlled to prevent the occurrence of surface cracks.Improving the surface quality and lubrication state of mould can reduce the probability of surface cracking and workpiece bending.
