摘 要:采用双辊夹持扩旋成形新工艺来加工风机机壳零件,利用ABAQUS软件建立了风机机壳双辊夹持扩径旋压成形过程的三维有限元模型,并利用该模型进行了风机机壳扩径旋压成形过程的数值模拟。获得了成形过程中等效应力、应变及壁厚的分布,并对旋辊进给率对成形件应力应变及壁厚差的影响规律进行了研究。结果表明,等效应力、应变随着旋辊进给率的增大而减小,而最大壁厚差随着旋辊进给率的增大而增大。最后综合考虑得到旋辊进给率的建议取值为0.16 rad.r-1。New double rollers clamping expanding spinning process was adopted to manufacture the fan casing,and using FE simulation code ABAQUS/Explicit,the 3D simulation model of expanding spinning process for fan casing was built,and the spinning process and material deformation were simulated.Distribution of equivalent stress,equivalent strain and wall thickness of fan casing were obtained.And then effects of roller feed rate on the stress,strain and wall thickness difference of formed fan casing were studied.Results show that equivalent stress and equivalent strain decrease with the increase of roller feed rate,while maximum wall thickness difference increases with the increase of roller feed rate.Comprehensive consideration suggests that the value of roller feed rate should be 0.16 rad·r-1.
