摘　　要：针对当前建设工程施工标段划分缺少有效的定量化的分析方法,不得不依赖主观判断的现状,从交易费用理论出发,将建设工程总成本分为合同前交易费用、生产费用和合同后交易费用三个组成部分,建立建设工程施工标段划分优化模型,并应用Monte Carlo方法对模型进行求解.实例分析表明,该模型和求解方法是有效、可行的.Considering a dearth of quantitative evaluation of dividing bid-section of construction project which project decision-maker make bid-section selection decisions on the basis of subjective evaluation, from the point of transaction costs, the overall construction project costs is divided into ex ante trans- action costs, construction costs, ex post transaction costs. A model for optimization of dividing bid- section of construction project is established and a computing model is proposed. At last, an example is proposed to demonstrate such model and solution are efficient.
