摘　　要：使用Moldflow软件分析了1模12腔PET瓶坯热流道注射模注射成型过程,直观地模拟出塑料成型的充填、流动及冷却过程,得到了设定条件下的成型工艺参数,预测设计中潜在的缺陷,可为修改模具设计提供依据。The Moldflow software was used to analyze the injection molding process of a 12-cavity hot runner injection mould for PET bottle-blank. The mold filling, flowing and cooling processes were visually simulated and the parameters under the conditions of the molding process were obtained. Some potential design defects were predicted that will help to modify the mould design.
