Effect of Different Carbon and Nitrogen Sources on Lignin Degradation Enzyme Activity of Combined Lignin-Degrading Fungus

摘  要:通过小麦秸秆固态发酵试验,研究了不同的碳、氮源对2株侧耳属白腐真菌Tf1(Pleurotus sajor-caju)和JG1(Pleurotus Cornucopiae Roll)混合发酵产酶活力的影响。结果表明,Lip和MnP是复合木质素降解菌Tf1+JG1主要的木质素降解酶。以淀粉为碳源,麸皮为氮源时总酶活最高,分别为1419.01U/g和1626.64U/g。The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of different carbon and nitrogen sources on ligninolytic enzyme activity of the combination of Tf1 (Pleurotus sajor-caju )and JG1 (Pleurotus Cornucopiae Roll )of the wheat straw after the substrate solid state fermentation. Results showed that Lip and MnP were the major liguin-degrading enzymes of Tf1 +JG1. Starch and wheat bran were the optimum carbon and nitrogen sources. After 9 d fermentation, the total enzyme activities were respectively 1 419.01 U/g and 1 626.64 U/g.
