黄芩苷胶囊联合阿德福韦酯片治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察黄芩苷胶囊联合阿德福韦酯片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。[方法]将162例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组81例,口服黄芩苷胶囊(每次0.5g,3次/日)和阿德福韦酯片(每次10mg,1次/日,持续1年);对照组81例,与治疗组同疗程口服阿德福韦酯片。[结果]治疗组治疗结束后ALT复常率为98.77%,HBeAg转阴率为62.96%,HBeAg/HBeAb血清转换率为58.02%,HBV-DNA转阴率为98.77%;而随访6个月的ALT复常率为93.82%,HBeAg转阴率59.26%,HBeAg/HBeAb血清转换率为50.62%,HBV-DNA转阴率为91.36%。随访6个月对照组ALT复常率为64.20%,HBeAg转阴率为17.28%,HBeAg/HBeAb血清转换率为16.05%,HBV-DNA转阴率为61.73%。治疗组这些疗效指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]黄芩苷胶囊联合阿德福韦酯片治疗慢性乙型肝炎安全有效,具有较好的持久恢复肝功能和抗病毒的疗效。[Objectivel To observe the clinical efficacy of chronic hepatitis B （CHB） treated by baicalin capsules combined with adefovir dipivoxil tablets. [Methods] 162 patients with CHB were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group. 81 patients in the treatment group were administered orally with baicalin capsules （0.5 g, tid） and adefovir dipivoxil tablets （ 10 mg, qd, for one year） ; 81 patients in the control group had only adefovir dipivoxil tablets therapy with the same course to the treatment group. [Results] At the end of the therapy, the data of ALT normalized ratio, HBeAg negative converted ratio, HBeAg/HBeAb sero conversion ratio and HBV-DNA negative conversion ratio were 98.77% ,62.96% , 58.02% and 98.77% respectively. And the data were 93.82%, 59.26%, 50.62% and 91.36% respectively during 6 months follow-up in the treatment group. These efficacy index were significantly superior to those in the control group which had been observed as 64.2%, 17.28%, 16.05% and 61.73% （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Treating chronic hepatitis B （CHB） by baicalin capsules combined with adefovir dipivoxil tablets is safe and effective while the efficacy of anti-virus and recovering liver function is effectively and permanently.
