摘　　要：从商周青铜器兽面纹所体现出来的形式美法则入手,论述了形式美法则是现代礼品包装设计遵循的基本法则,进一步分析了商周青铜器兽面纹的象征性功能,阐明现代礼品包装设计要注重运用象征语言,从形式和象征性2个方面分析了兽面纹对现代礼品包装设计的启示。Beginning from the rule of form beauty manifested from the beast face pattern of bronzeware in Shang Zhou Era,discusses that the rule of form beauty is a basic principle which the packaging design of modern present shall follow,and further analyzes the symbolism of the beast face pattern of bronzeware,illustrates that the packaging design of modern present must manifest certain symbolism.In two aspects of form and symbolism,it analyzes the enlightenment on packaging design of modern present from the beast face pattern of bronzeware.
