摘　　要：当前历史文化名城面临着保护和利用的尖锐矛盾,走可持续发展之路是急迫的现实问题。文章基于循环经济理论,提出历史文化保护的有机循环方法,详细探讨了它的3个重要内容,即事前预防——再利用——循环再生,该方法是系统的、全面的、科学的。Nowadays, the historical and cultural cities are facing the sharp conflict between the conservation and use, and the path of sustainable development is a pressing practical problem. Based on the theory of circular economy, this paper presents the organic circulartion, and has a full research of three essential elements, that are prevention--reuse regeneration. The result shows that the method is systematic, comprehensive, and scientific.
