摘　　要：建立螺旋霉素中蛋白含量的测定方法。用0.9%NaCl溶液为溶剂,采用Bradford法,于波长595nm处比色,螺旋霉素中蛋白含量的最小检测限:5μg/mL。A method -Bradford method, with 0.9% NaC1 solution as solvent, at the wavelength of 595nm by colorimetry, was established for the determination of protein content of Spiramycin. The limit of protein content of spiramycin minimum detection was 5 μg/mL.
