摘  要:目的:观察3周HiHiLo、LoHi训练模式对男子中长跑运动员EPO、红细胞及网织红细胞参数的动态变化影响,探讨两种低氧模式训练效果,为低氧训练提供理论依据。结果:3周实验过程中EPO变化趋势一致,先升后降,但高峰出现时间不同。HiHiLo组红细胞参数Hb、网织红细胞参数%Retic、#Retic均高于LoHi组。结论:HiHiLo组较长时间低氧刺激同时加入低氧和常氧环境的适当运动,更能有效刺激骨髓造血。This study compared the effects of male middle and long runners on erythropoietin, red blood cell and reticulocyte parameters by 3 -week HiHiLo and LoHi in order to discuss the training effects and provide a reference for the development of hypoxic training. The results demonstrated that erythropoietin increased at first and descent finally, but the peak did not happen the same time, the hemoglobin and % retie and #retie of HiHiLo were higher than LoHi . There were significant difference between HiHiLo and LoHi. The finding suggests that HiHiLo model training could stimulate marrow and activity of erythrocyte effectly.
