广东区域金融与区域经济协调发展研究

摘　　要：广东的经济与金融存在明显的二元结构,珠江三角洲地区经济发展总量大,速度快,金融资源丰富,且对金融资源的利用效率高,投资旺盛;东西两翼和北部山区经济发展总量小,速度较为缓慢,金融资源匮乏,投资萎缩,储蓄向投资转化的效率较低。为了改善广东经济与金融的二元结构,促进广东区域金融与区域经济协调发展,建议灵活运用货币政策,改善区域金融生态环境,优化金融资源配置。The economy and finance of Guangdong take on an obvious dualistic structure.On the one hand,the Pearl River delta has fast-paced economic development,rich financial resource,and high utilization efficiency of financial resources and vigorous investment.On the other hand,the two wings and northern mountain areas of Guangdong Province are faced with small amount of slowly-paced economic development,low financial resources,recession of investment and low efficiency for transferring saving to investment.In order to adjust the dualistic structure and promote coordinate development,we suggest a flexible monetary policy should be adoted to improve the regional financial ecological environment,and optimizing the allocation of financial resources.
