摘 要:考虑橡胶材料具有超弹性、不可压缩性和大变形等特性,本文结合工程实例对大截面承载传力水封进行非线性有限元分析,指出在高线压承载条件下,接触对偶面无论是平面、凸面、凹面,大截面水封封头与混凝土面的接触应力都较大,能够形成闭合封水线,即水封可以有效地封水,并且橡胶材料的应力均小于材料的扯断强度,闸门在工作条件下水封不会出现破损。计算结果表明:在特殊情况下,可以在水电站泄水潜孔上游进水口进行封口堵水,为大截面承载传力水封的工程应用提供了有益的理论计算依据。This paper presents a non-linear finite element analysis of the water seal for bearing and load transfer for some projects,focusing on rubber material that is hyper-elastic or incompressible and subjected to large deformation. It is pointed out that,under the high linear load,a great stress is always produced at the contact between the seal head and concrete surface whatever the counterpart is plane,convex or concave,and a closed contact curve indicating effective sealing is always formed. The stress of rubber material is less than its tensile strength,so the seal will not be damaged under the tested gate work head. The computation results also show that under some specific circumstances this type of water seal may be used at the intake of submerged discharge tunnel of a hydropower station. The study provides a beneficial computation base for the application of large section water seal for bearing and load transfer.
