摘　　要：该文阐述测速方法和开发新型仪表的必要性，对新型的转速测量仪表的基本性能及使用效果作了较详细的介绍。Abstract The paper gives a short review on rotation measuring methods and the necessity for developing new types of instruments and discusses in detail the fundamenal properties of a now type of rotation measuring instrument together with experiences gained in operation.
