浅谈固定栅板浸出器的设计

摘　　要：结合具体生产实践对平转浸出器的设计、制造及使用进行了研究,总结出固定栅板浸出器设计的相关参数。在浸出时间、喷头个数、产量、固定栅板、喷淋设计量等参数方面提供了设计依据,对固定栅板浸出器的设计提出一些建议。The design, manufacture and using condition of rotocel extractor is researched, combined with the production practices of rotocel extractor. Some parameters about the design of fixed grid plate extractor are summarized. Some advices on the design of fixed grid extractor are given, including leaching time, the number of nozzle, output, fixed grid plate and solvent con- sumption and other things.
