2007—2009年长春市部分体检人群血脂、血糖调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查长春市部分体检人群血脂、血糖现状及血糖、血脂异常的流行情况,为心脑血管疾病的防治提供依据。方法分析2007年至2009年2929例长春市部分体检人群血脂、血糖检测数据。血脂异常根据中国成人血脂异常防治指南(2007年)判定。高血糖与低血糖的界值分别为>6.1mmol/L及<3.9mmol/L。结果全组人群高血脂、高血糖检出率与年龄增高不呈正比例关系,男性高胆固醇、高甘油三酯检出率以40～49岁组最高(35.90%、44.44%),高血糖检出率以50～59岁组最高(27.50%);女性高甘油三酯检出率以60岁以上组最高,其他以50～59岁组最高。连续3年体检结果显示,该人群血糖、血脂仍在很高水平。结论定期体检,加强各年龄组的健康指导,对心脑血管疾病一级预防和及早治疗意义重大。Objective To survey the levels of blood lipid profile and blood glucose and their epidemiologic distribution in part of population in Changchun in order to provide the basis for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods Datas on levels of blood lipid profile and blood glucose in part of population（2 929 persons）of annual health check-up in 2007—2009 in Changchun were recruited and analyzed.Dyslipidemia refer to the criteria of Chinese Guidelines on Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Adults,and the cut offs of hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia were 6.1 mmol/L and 3.9 mmol/L respectively.Results Detectable rates of hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia were increased with increasing of age but not were a positive correlations.In men,detectable rates hypercholesterolemia（35.90%）and hypertriglyceridemia（44.44%）all were the highest in 40-49 years old,and detectable rate of hyperglycemia（27.5%）was the highest in 50-59 years old.In women,detectable rate of hypertriglyceridemia was the highest in 60 years old and above,the others of aforementioned value all were the highest in 50-59 years old.Levels of blood lipids and blood glucose of continuous 3 years in these population were still higher.Conclusions Regular medical examination and strengthening health guid are of great significance for prevention and early treatment of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases.
