摘 要:利用天冬氨酸热缩聚产物聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)和2-氨基乙磺酸(SEA)、天冬氨酸(ASP)合成了一种聚天冬氨酸共聚物。红外光谱法和元素分析法表征了聚天冬氨酸共聚物的结构,研究了聚琥珀酰亚胺与2-氨基乙磺酸、天冬氨酸不同比例时的接枝率;考查了聚天冬氨酸共聚物的阻垢和分散性能;利用扫描电子显微镜对CaCO3晶形进行了观察和分析。实验结果表明:当PSI:SEA:ASP=1:0.6:0.4时,其阻垢和分散的综合性能较好;当Ca2+质量浓度400mg·L-1、HCO3-量浓度800mg·L-1、聚天冬氨酸共聚物用量4mg·L-1时,阻垢率为59%;聚天冬氨酸共聚物用量10mg·L-1,分散氧化铁时上清液最小透光率为53%。聚天冬氨酸共聚物对CaCO3有晶格扭曲和分散作用。The polysuccinimide (PSI) was prepared via thermal condensation of aspartic acid (ASP), and then the copolymer of polyaspartic acid PASP-SEA-ASP was synthesized by the prepared PSI with taurine (SEA) and ASP. The structure of the synthesized polyaspartic acid copolymer was characterized by FT-IR and elemental analysis, and the calcium carbonate crystal of the scale samples were analyzed with SEM. The effects of the different mole ratios of PSI:SEA:ASP on the grafting ratio of PASP-SEA-ASP and on its scale inhibition performance and dispersal property for iron oxide in aqueous solution were studied. The results show that the PASP-SEA-ASP containing sulfogroup and carboxylic acid group has good scale inhibition performance, especially when the mole ratio of PSI:SEA:ASP is 1:0.6:0.4. When the concentration of Ca2+ is 400 mg?L?1, HCO3? 800 mg?L?1 and the used dosage of PASP-SEA-ASP is 4 mg?L?1, the scale inhibition ratio of PASP-SEA-ASP is 59%; and the least diaphaneity of the top liquid of the aqueous solution with dispersing iron oxide is 53% when 10 mg·L-1 of PASP-SEA-ASP is used. It was found that the copolymer of polyaspartic acid could distort calcium carbonate crystallite and make calcium carbonate crystallite more dispersive.
