摘 要:目的测定复方溶菌酶对变形链球菌、血链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果,评价其对口腔病原菌的防治能力。方法用微量液基稀释法测定复方溶菌酶对变形链球菌、血链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度、最小杀菌浓度。结果复方溶菌酶对变异链球菌、血链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌最小抑菌浓度分别为1.25、0.625和0.312mg/ml,对变异链球菌、血链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌最小杀菌浓度分别为2.5、2.5和0.625mg/ml。结论复方溶菌酶可有效抑制并杀灭变形链球菌、血链球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。[Objective] To detect the antibiosis activity of compound lysozyme on Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus sanguis and Staphylococcus aureus, evaluate the prevention and treatment ability of compound lysozyme on oral pathogens.[Methods]The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of compound lysozyme on Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus sanguis and Staphylococcus aureus were determined by the broth dilution antifungal susceptibility testing method.[Results]The MIC of compound lysozyme on Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus sanguis and Staphylococcus aureus was 1.25 mg/ml, 0.625 mg/ml and 0.312 mg/ml, respectively. The MBC was 2.5 mg/ml, 2.5 mg/ml and 0. 625 mg/ml.[Conclusion]The compound lysozyme can inhibit and kill the Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus sanguis and Staphylococcus aureus effectively.
