摘　　要：目的了解某软包装印刷新建项目中存在的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护设施及其效果。方法通过职业卫生现场调查,职业病危害因素检测、采用定量分析法等进行分析和评价。结果该项目主要的职业病危害因素为苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、异丙醇、丁酮、噪声;部分作业岗位的甲苯STEL浓度达184.1mg/m3,超过国家卫生标准(100mg/m3);印刷、复合操作位的噪声强度超过职业接触限值,其余检测点的职业病危害因素均符合国家卫生标准。结论该建设项目已采取的职业卫生防护措施有效、可行;但需加强对化学性有毒气体及噪声的职业病危害控制措施;评价报告针对项目试运行期间存在的问题提出了整改意见。[Objective] To understand the occupational hazards existing in a new construction project of flexible packaging, to analyze it＇s damage degree to laborer＇s health, and assess the occupational disease prevention facilities and it＇s effects.[Methods]]Occupational health spot investigation and occupational hazards detection were applied to conduct to quantitative analysis and evaluation. [Results]The main occupational hazards existed in the project were benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, isopropanol, butanone, and noise; the STEL concentration of toluene in some operation posts reached up to 184.1 mg/m3 that exceeded the national health standards（100mg/m3）; noise intensity in the operation posts of print and compound exceeded occupational exposure limit, the occupational hazards in the rest detection point were in line with the national health standards.[Conclusion]The occupational health protection measures adopted in this construction project are valid and feasible, but the occupational hazard control measures against chemical poisonous gas and noise should be strengthened; rectification advice on some problems existed in the project＇s commissioning phase is presented in the evaluation report.
