摘　　要：民警职务犯罪对社会破坏力极大。依据社会失控理论的紧张论,现阶段民警欲求不达和心理压力大是主要的紧张源,这两个紧张源促成了犯罪心理的形成;依据社会失控理论的控制论,民警自身内部控制力不强以及执法监督不严,法律打击不力造成的外部控制力不足,是形成民警职务犯罪的内外作用力。Police official offence does great harm to society. Based on theory of tension in the social control theory, the situation that present police could not be met the needs and severe psychological pressure are the main tension orgins,whieh caused the formation of criminal pyschology. According to the control theory in the social control - losing theory, the weak external control made by the weak internal control of police, instrict law enforcement and weak cracking down is the interaction of internal and external power of forming police official offence.
