摘　　要：运用PQ2图理论对镁合金笔记本电脑外壳压铸模进行设计验证,并对其压铸工艺进行了优化处理,压铸生产能力得到极大提升。同时叙述了PQ2图的绘制方法及应用过程,并从不同角度进行分析与说明,旨在能让更多的行业爱好者充分理解PQ2图,并将其实用化。Picture pQ2 has been only research worker＇s question for study. Only a few used by industry＇s user. The essay makes use of picture PQ2＇s theory to design verification of magnesium alloy notebook＇s outer covering die cast and to optimize its＇ die casting workmanship and improves die casting production capacity. The essay recounts picture pQ2＇s draw＇s way and application process comprehensively. Analyzed and explain it from different points to make more industry＇s hobbyists to understand picture pQ2 and make picture pQ2 practical.
