和谐与成长——一项关于在读研究生自我和谐状况的实证研究

摘　　要：采用分层整群随机抽样方法,使用自我和谐量表对云南省6所大学的1240名研究生进行调查。结果发现:(1)研究生高自我和谐水平、中间水平、低自我和谐水平的比例分别为20.6%,67.7%,11.7%;(2)不同培养类型之间自我和谐状况差异显著;(3)有无工作经历研究生自我和谐状况差异显著;(4)父亲不同教育水平研究生自我和谐状况差异显著;(5)母亲不同教育水平研究生自我和谐状况差异显著。Stratifying cluster random sampling method and the self- harmony Scale are employed to investigate 1240 postgraduates＇ self- harmony in 6 universities in Yunnan. The results showed that, （ 1 ）Graduates＇ high levels, middle level, and low level of self - harmony are 20.6 %, 67.7 %, 11.7 % ; （2） there is significant difference of the level of serf - harmony among the postgraduates of different types; （3） them is significant difference of the level of self- harmony among the postgraduates with or without a job ; （4） there is significant difference of the level of self - harmony among the postgraduates of different fathers＇ educational level; （5） there is significant difference of the level of self- harmony among the postgraduates of different mothers＇ educational level.
