摘  要:采用X射线衍射(XRD)分析法研究了强变形过程中应变速率对Al-Cu合金中析出相低温回溶速度的影响。结果表明,高应变速率降低析出相回溶的起始变形量。在高速率双向压缩变形条件下,Al-Cu合金3种析出相回溶需要的变形量都比低速率双向压缩所需的变形量低。但在明显回溶至基本回溶阶段,两种应变速率下析出相的回溶速度基本相同。The effect of strain rate on redissolution of precipitated phases at low temperature in Al-Cu alloy during severe plastic deformation was investigated by X-ray diffraction. The results reveal that the high strain rate will reduce initial deformation amount required for redissolving the precipitated phases in the Al-Cu alloy, and that the deformation amount required for the redissolution of three precipitated phases in the Al-Cu alloy arc lower while being biaxially compressed at a high strain rate than while being biaxially compressed at a low strain rate. In addition, in the stage of basic redissolution to appreciable redissolution the redissolution rates of precipitated phases in the Al-Cu alloy will be roughly the same for the two strain rates.
