摘 要:对调质态45铜进行了模拟再制造工艺的重复加热试验,然后金相分析其显微组织并测定其力学性能。发现,重复加热对钢的显微组织和力学性能的影响不大,但发生微量塑性变形的零件或试样的屈服强度将随着重复加热次数的增多而明显下降。这种情况在制造工程中应以高度重视。Repeated heating test simulating remanufacturing process was performed for quenched and tempered 45 steel. Subsequently, the microstructure was metallographically examined and the mechanical properties were measured. It was revealed that the repeated heating had only slight influence on the mechanical properties of quenched and tempered 45 steel, while the yield strength of part or specimen lightly plastically deformed will be appreciably reduced with the increase of heating times. The above phenomenon is to be taken seriously in the remanufacturing engineering.
