重型颅脑伤合并应激性溃疡87例临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的：观察重型颅脑伤合并应激性溃疡的药物治疗效果。方法：将87例合并应激性溃疡的重型颅脑伤患者随机分成A、B、c三组。A组35例，应用质子泵抑制剂＋止血合荆；B组29例，单独使用质子泵抑制剂；C组23例，应用H2受体拮抗剂。结果：应激性溃疡3—7d内控制：A组为30例（85．7％），B组为22例（75．9％），c组为12例（52．2％）。A组的控制率显著高于c组，差异有统计学意义（x2=7．81，P〈O．01）。结论：H2受体拮抗荆单独治疗重型颅脑损伤合并应激性溃疡效果不佳，质子泵抑制剂是治疗应激性溃疡的理想药物，质子泵抑制剂＋止血合剂联合用药效果最好。Objective： To observe the severe traumatic brain injury combined with stress ulcer in different drug treatments.methods：87 cases of combined stress- induced ulcers in patients with severe traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into A, B, C group, A group of 35 cases, ap- plication of proton pump inhibitor ＋ bleeding mixture; B group of 29 cases, the use of proton pump inhibitor alone; C group 23 cases, the application H2 receptor antagonists.Results： Stress ulcer 3 - 7d to control the rate of A group was 85.7% ,B group was 75.9% ,C group was 52.2% .Conclusion： H2 receptor antagonist alone treatment of severe craniocercbral injury combined effect of stress ulcer poor; proton pump inhibitor treatment for an ideal stress ulcer drugs; proton pump inhibitor ＋ bleeding mixture combination therapy best results.
