不同糖代谢状态下血清游离脂肪酸与血脂关系的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同糖代谢状态下血脂测定能否反映体内游离脂肪酸(FFA)的水平,并明确其数量依存关系。方法:将92例研究对象分正常糖耐量组、糖耐量受损组、初诊糖尿病组三组,观察三组的FFA、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C并比较及回归分析。结果:空腹FFA与TG成正相关(P<0.01),与HDL-C成负相关(P<0.01),与TC、LDL-C无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:TG、HDL-C是影响空腹FFA浓度的最显著因素并存在数量依存关系。Objective： To investigate whether blood lipids measured to reflect the level of FFA in vivo among different glucose metabolism states, and dearly the number of their dependencies. Methods：92 patients divided into normal glucose tolerance group,impaired glucose tolerance group and newly diagnosed diabetic group, observed the FFA, TC, TG, HDL - C, LDL - C also compare and regression analysis. Reaults： The fasting FFA has positive correlation with TG （P 〈 0.01 ）, and HDL- C as a negative correlation （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion： TG, HDL- C is the impact of fasting FFA concentration of the most significant factor and there is a number of dependencies.
