摘 要:蜂窝状钢骨混凝土L形柱,是一种特别适于钢结构住宅建筑的新型异形柱。为了全面掌握该新型构件的受力、变形特性,论文利用ANSYS软件进行了非线性有限元分析,研究了钢骨腹板开洞率、配钢率、配筋率、加载角、偏心距、构件长细比、混凝土强度等级以及钢材牌号等主要因素对该新型构件性能的影响及其规律,并提出设计建议。研究表明,该新型构件的钢骨腹板开洞能够增强混凝土与钢骨的协同工作能力;该新型构件的极限承载力随着配钢率、配筋率、混凝土强度、钢材强度的增加而增加,但随其长细比的增加而降低;加载角和偏心距的改变对蜂窝状钢骨混凝土L形柱的承载力影响非常敏感,设计时宜尽量避开最不利加载角对构件承载力的不利影响。Honeycomb steel-reinforced concrete L-shaped column is a new type of column,which especially suits residential buildings using steel structure.In order to investigate stress and shape characteristic of this component,non-linear finite element analysis is made through using ANSYS to study some effecting factors to this new-type component and their laws,such as opening ratio of steel skeleton and steel ratio of L-shaped column and so on.The study shown that the opening in steel skeleton will strengthen cooperative capacity with concrete.The ultimate loading capacity will raise with increases of steel ratio,reinforcement ratio,concrete grade and steel grade,but reduce with increase of slenderness ratio.The loading capacity of the honeycomb SRC L-shaped column is very sensitive to changes of loading angles and eccentricity,so the most disadvantageous loading angle should be avoided when designing such component for use in practice.
