穴位及针刺持续时间对针刺效应影响的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解穴位和不同针刺持续时间对针刺效应的影响。[方法]参照Zea-Longa线拴法复制大脑中动脉缺血模型(MCAO),在相同的刺激频率(60次/s),分别用短、中、长(5、60、180s)不同的针刺时间干预水沟穴和非穴,用Zausinger六分法评测针刺后72hMCAO大鼠神经功能改善情况以了解穴位和非穴的针刺效应。[结果]1)未予针刺治疗(未针刺组),MCAO模型神经功能评分有提高趋势(P>0.05),提示72h后,MCAO大鼠在神经功能方面可有一定的限度的改善。2)针刺水沟穴后,无论针刺持续何种时间(短、中、长时间),均可改善行为学(P<0.05),提示水沟穴本身具有促进MCAO模型鼠行为学恢复的作用,显示了穴位的特异性。3)针刺非穴后,只有达到一定程度的针刺持续时间(中、长时间),行为学才有改善(P<0.05),提示此种变化,可能是通过针刺时间发挥主要作用的。[结论]针刺效应的产生主要是由穴位决定的;针刺持续时间是影响穴位效应的重要因素,好的针刺手法可以弥补取穴不当造成的影响.[Objective] To find out the relationship between acupuncture effect, acupoint and acupuncture duration.[Methods] The rat model of middle cerebral artery obstruction （MCAO） was established according to Zea-Longa. Then they were acupunetured by 60 times/ min for 5, 60 and 180 seconds on the main acupoints of Shuigou DU26 and nonacupoint （below the costal region ）. Finally, the effect was estimated by measuring the rate of Zausinger neurobehavioral scores. [Results] The neurobehavioral scores had a elevated tendency in the non-acupunctured group （P〉0.05）, pointing out that there was a limited improvement on neurobehavioral scores of non-acupunctured MCAO rats after 72 hours. Compared with control group, no matter how long the duration was , Shuigou DU26 group did enhance the neurobehavioral scores （P〈0.05）, showing that Shuigou DU26 had a function on advancing neurobehavioral scores, displayed the speci- ficity of the acupoint. Compared with control group, acupuncture duration of non-acupoint group could only achieve 60 or 180 seconds, the behavior was improved（P〈0.05）, showing that the improvement may not rely on the acupoint but also the duration. [Conclusion] Acupoint played an important role in the acupuncture effect; acupuncture duration was also a important influence factors in acupuncture effect, good acupuncture technique can remedy the improper location acupoint.
