高校心理健康工作者职业倦怠及其对策研究

摘　　要：高校心理健康教育工作者是当前高校中的一个特殊群体,他们往往扮演着教师、心理辅导师等多重角色。他们的工作热情、工作状况往往决定着高校心理健康教育工作的效率与学生的心理健康状况,然高校心理健康教育工作者的职业倦怠问题已成为高校心理健康教育工作客观存在的现实。文章探讨了高校心理健康教育工作者职业倦怠的表现,并着重从社会、组织及个人三个层面探讨其成因,并尝试提出消除心理健康教育工作者职业倦怠的对策。As a special group in higher schools nowadays, the mental health workers, more often than not, play various roles such as teachers and psychological counselors. Their enthusiasm for work and working state frequently decide the working efficiency of psychological education and the state of mental health of students; however, the burnout of mental health career has become an issue, which can not be neglected. The paper analyzes the status quo of the above phe nomenon, then explores the causes of the phenomenon from three dimensions like society, organization and individuality, and then seeks to propound countermeasures against the career burnout.
