摘 要:本文对东北蒿属植物29种、4变种、1变型进行了过氧化物酶同工酶的研究.(1)证明34个试样中竟没有一条共有谱带,几乎每一个种的酶谱都具有特异性,说明属内种间分化较大.(2)酶谱数学聚类分析,找出了一些最不相似的种,有明显的种的鉴定性.(3)有时分子进化水平和形态进行水平是不平行的.(4)多数种间酶谱距离都很大,这种酶谱的距离差异,可以推测种间亲缘关系的远近.The isoenzymes in 29 species, 4 varieties and 1 forms of Atremisia L . sensu stricto from Northesat of China ware studied in this paper. (1) No common band was found from zymograms of 34 test samples. Each zymogram from the samples showed specificity, indicating that great segregation in genus or between species exists. (2) Mathematical cluster analysis of the zymogram helps find some least-resembled species which are obviously worthy being identified. (3) Molecular evolution level and morphological evolution level are not parallel in certain occasions. (4) The disparity between zymograms of the most species was huge, and this may be used to extrapolate the distance of sibship between species.
