财政分权、财政农业支出与农业经济增长

摘　　要：利用1997-2006年我国省际面板数据,通过面板单位根及协整检验,考察了我国财政分权、财政农业支出和农业经济增长之间的关系。结果表明,财政农业支出显著地促进了我国农业经济的增长,财政分权和农业经济增长之间是负相关的关系。我们还进一步地分析了这些结果的原因,实证结果证实财政分权通过财政农业支出来影响农业经济增长。By using China＇ s provincial panel data of 1997 to 2006, this paper scanned the relationship between fiscal decentralization, fiscal expenditure for agriculture and agriculture economic growth based on the unit root tests and co - integration tests. The result showed that fiscal expenditure for agriculture had a prominent effect on the agriculture economic growth and a negative correlation existed between fiscal decentralization and agriculture economic growth. Moreover, after analyzing the reasons of the result, the empirical results indicated that fiscal decentralization had ＇influence on agriculture economic growth through fiscal expenditure for agriculture.
