局部有限切开交锁髓内钉治疗尺、桡骨骨干骨折的临床研究

摘  要:目的探讨局部有限切开交锁髓内钉治疗尺、桡骨骨干骨折的临床效果。方法自2005年4月-2008年6月应用交锁髓内钉局部有限切开治疗尺、桡骨骨干骨折34例,根据AO分型:A3型12例,B1型8例,B3型14例。结果所有患者均获随访12~24(17.1-3.2)个月,骨折愈合时间在2~4(2.5-0.7)个月,无骨折延迟愈合及不愈合发生,根据Anderson成人前臂骨折治疗效果评价分级标准,优24例,良8例,不满意2例,优良率94.1%。结论局部有限切开交锁髓内钉是治疗尺、桡骨骨干骨折的有效方法。Objective To discuss the effect of locally finite opening and interlocking intramedullary nailing for the treatment of ulna and radius fractures. Methods From April 2005 to June 2008, 34 cases with ulna and radius fractures had been involved in the study. According to AO classification, there were 12 cases of type A3, 8 cases of type B1, and 13 cases of type B3.The ulna and radius fractures were replaced by locally finite opening and fixed by interlocking intramedullary nailing. Results Postoperatively, all the patients were available for 12-24(17.1±3.2)months follow-up.Bones healing were observed after 3-5(3.7±0.8)months. Bones union were achieved in all the patients .There were no nonunion and delayed union happened. According to Anderson, s evaluation classification standard of treatment for adult forearm frac- tures, 24 cases were excellent, 8 cases were good, and 2 cases were not satisfied. The good rate was 94.1%. Conclusion Locally finite opening and interlocking intramedullary nailing is a preferable method for the treatment of ulna and radius fractures.
