摘　　要：目的探讨刺绣作业疗法对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法对22例精神分裂症患者实施刺绣作业疗法,治疗前后的生活质量用生活质量评定综合问卷评定。结果生活质量总分治疗前(37.78±8.10)分、治疗后(57.45±8.13)分,t=15.99,P=0.00。结论刺绣作业疗法能提高住院精神分裂症患者的生活质量。Objective To study the effect of embroidery therapy on quality of life for inpatients with schizophrenia.Method 22 inpatients with schizophrenia receive embroidery therapy.Assess the quality of life by comprehensive quality of life questionnaire before and after treatment.Result The total score of quality of life is（37.78±8.10） before treatment and（57.45±8.13） after treatment,t=15.99,P=0.00.Conclusion embroidery therapy can improve the quality of life for inpatients with schizophrenia.
