摘　　要：[目的]了解儿童尿碘水平,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]2009年7月,在泰安市辖区抽取598名8～10岁小学生进行尿碘检测。[结果]检测小学生598人,尿碘中位数为179.2μg/L。其中,<50μg/L的占6.52%,50～99μg/L的占10.70%,100～200μg/L(适宜范围)的占40.30%,201～300μg/L的占18.90%,>300μg/L的占23.58%。[结论]泰安市8～10岁小学生碘营养状况处于适宜的水平。[Objective]To understand the levels of urinary iodine of pupils so as to provide scientific basis for taking preventive measures.[Methods]Urinary iodine was determined in 598 pupils aged 8-10 from Tai＇an city in July,2009.[Results]598 pupils were determined,the median urinary iodine was 179.2 μg/L,the cases whose urinary iodine 〈50,50-99,100-200（appropriate range）,201-300 and 〉300 μg/L accounted for 6.52%,10.70%,40.30%,18.90% and 23.58% respectively.[Conclusion]Iodine nutrition in pupils aged 8-10 in Tai＇an city was in an appropriate level.
