火炮身管内径测试系统研究

摘　　要：设计了一种新型的高精度火炮身管内径自动化检测系统,介绍了测试系统的结构组成、工作原理、测量方法和软件组成,分析了测试过程.该系统采用电感式位移传感器和激光测距传感器作为传感器件,在专门设计的传动机构的带动下,能够对火炮身管内径实现准确快速的测量.结果表明,该系统具有自动化程度高、检测精度高、检测效率高、检测方便可靠等优点.This article designs a new automated high-precision parameter measurement system of artillery body chamber, and introduces the structure component, working principle, measurement, software frame and the analysis of testing process. Using inductive displacement sensors and laser ranging sensors as sensors, the system can achieve accurate and rapid measurement driven by a specially designed transmission system. The results indicated that the system is highly automated, precise, efficient and convenient in measurement.
