腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术中垂体后叶素的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:评价垂体后叶素在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的止血作用。方法:将行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术的102例患者随机分为三组:Ⅰ组35例,腹腔镜术中应用垂体后叶素;Ⅱ组35例,腹腔镜术中应用催产素;Ⅲ组32例,不用任何药物。观察三组术中出血量及手术时间。结果:术中出血量:Ⅰ组(65±35)ml比Ⅱ组(120±55)ml、Ⅲ组(140±65)ml少,比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。手术时间:Ⅰ组(61±25)min比Ⅱ组(88±27)min、Ⅲ组(95±24)min短,有显著性差异(P<0.01),Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术中应用垂体后叶素止血作用明显,便于手术操作。Objective：To evaluate the hemostatic effect of hypophysin in laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods：102 cases of patients with laparoscopic myomectomy were divided into three groups：group Ⅰ（under laparoscope hypophysin Injection of 35 cases on parts of uterine fibroids）,group Ⅱ（under laparoscope Oxytocin Injection site of uterine fibroids,35 cases）; group Ⅲ of 32 cases without any drugs. 3 groups were observed blood loss and operation time. Results：Blood loss：group Ⅰ （65±35） ml was less than that in group Ⅱ （120±55） ml and group Ⅲ （140±65） ml,there was a significant difference （P0.01）,group Ⅱand group Ⅲ：there was no significant difference （P0.05）. Operative time：group Ⅰ（61±25） min shorter than that in group Ⅱ（88±27） min and group Ⅲ （95±24） min,there was a significant difference （P0.01）,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ：there was no significant difference （P0.05）. Conclusion：Laparoscopic myomectomy by using hypophysin on hemo-static effect is application obvious,more easier on surgical operation.
