金融危机背景下百色承接东部产业转移研究

摘　　要：金融危机对百色承接东部产业转移带来新的机遇与挑战。百色需要突出特色,通过优势产业,实现与东部转移产业无缝对接;有针对性地选择好东部产业转移承接点;着力提高产业配套能力;继续完善基础设施,降低物流成本;改善承接东部产业转移的软环境;以百色起义80周年为契机,加快承接东部产业转移。The financial crisis brings both new opportunity and challenge to the eastern industry transfer undertaken by Baise. It is necessary for Baise to give prominence to its characteristics, and through its industries with local advantages, to realize its seamless abutment on the eastern industry transfer. Baise needs to undertake the suitable industry transfer in accordance with its characteristics, to exert itself to improve its ability of industrial complete sets, to improve its infrastructure, and to low its logistics cost. In addition, Baise needs to improve the soft environment of the eastern industry transfer, and by taking the advantages of the 80 anniversary of Bose Uprising, to quicken the undertaking of the eastern industry transfer.
