治伤散3种外用剂型治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:比较治伤散不同剂型治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤的疗效,并探讨其促进软组织损伤修复的机制。方法:采用创伤性大鼠模型,按完全随机方法将大鼠分为治伤散散剂组(A组)、治伤散涂膜剂组(B组)和治伤散巴布剂组(C组),共3组,每组20只,连续给药1周,分别于敷药后1h、1d、3d、5d、7d5个时相点,每组每次处死4只,再按要求处理标本并用标签标记作HE染色,光镜下观察损伤组织病变程度,根据炎症细胞作显微图像处理,并按组织学观察评分。结果:用药1h:A、C组与B组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药第1、3、5、7天:B组与A、C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:治伤散巴布剂与散剂疗效相当,具有抗炎、消肿、止痛、改善微循环等作用,能明显改善大鼠急性软组织挫伤局部症状,促进组织修复。Objective：To explore the mechanism of zhishangsan eataplasm promoting soft tissue injury repair.Methods：In order to observe the degree of tissue damaged,we assigned traumatic model of rats to three groups according to the completely ran- dom experiment design proposal： group A（zhishangsan powder）, group B（zhishangsan plastics）, group C（zhishangsan eataplasm）, there were 20 rats in each group, then continued dosing 1 week, executed 4 rats each group of each after 1 hour, l, 3, 5, 7 days, then processed specimens according to the requirements and tag markup to HE dyeing,then according inflammatory cells to the microscopic image processing, and scored by the histological observed.Results：After 1 hour,there was not significant dif- ference between the A, C and B group （P〉 0.05）. After 1 day, there was statistically significant difference between the A, C group and B group （P〈O.01）. After 3, 5 days, there was statistically difference between the A, C group and B（P〈O.01, P〈 O.05）.Conclusion：Zhishangsan cataplasm, as the same curative effect as zhishangsan powder, has anti-inflammatory, detumes- cence, acesodyne, improving mierocirculation etc actions,can obviously improve the soft tissue trauma patients with acute symptoms, promote local tissue repair.
