摘　　要：阐述了冠心病合并2型糖尿病的病因病机,总结了中医辨证论治的治疗进展,认为中医辨证论治该病有独特的优势,并提出了以后的研究方向。The paper expounded the Cause and pathogenesis of CHD（Coronary Heart Disease） eombined with Type 2 DM（Diabetie Mellitus）,Sum up the Progress of the Diagnosis and treatment of TCM, eonsidered that the the Diagnosis and treatment of TCM of Type2 DM combined with CHD has Unique advantage,and proposed the Direction of the further research.
