利多卡因联合米索前列醇在初孕妇女人工流产术中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察利多卡因联合米索前列醇阴道放药用于初孕妇女人工流产的临床效果。方法将妇科门诊要求行人工流产的400例初孕妇女随机分为试验组和对照组,每组200例。试验组于术前2h阴道后穹窿放置米索前列醇0.4mg,术前5min宫颈注射1%利多卡因5ml;对照组采用常规人工流产方法。观察2组镇痛效果、宫口松弛情况及人工流产综合反应发生率。结果试验组镇痛效果、宫颈松弛效果、人工流产综合反应发生率明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利多卡因联合米索前列醇阴道放药用于初孕妇女人工流产术能有效镇痛、促进宫颈松弛,降低人工流产综合反应的发生率,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the effect of lidocaine combined with misoprostol in the primipara induced abortion.Methods Preoperative 2h,test group were gave misoprostol 0.4mg in posterior fornix;Preoperative 5min were injected 1% lidocaine 5ml in cervical.The control group were used conventional abortion method.Observed analgesic effect,relaxation of the cervix and an integrated response to the incidence of induced abortion of two groups.Results Analgesic effect,cervical relaxation effects,an integrated response to abortion of test group were significantly better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Lidocaine combined medication for pregnant women can effectively algesia,promote cervical relaxation,reduce the incidence of abortion.
