B型超声监测下介入治疗盆腔脓肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察B型超声监测下介入治疗盆腔脓肿的临床疗效。方法58例盆腔脓肿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各29例。治疗组采用B型超声引导下穿刺抽脓、注入抗生素方法治疗;对照组给予手术治疗。观察2组治疗效果。结果治疗组治愈率、总有效率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组体温及白细胞恢复时间、症状消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论B型超声监测下介入治疗盆腔脓肿疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe efficacy of B-monitored interventional treatment of pelvic abscess.Methods 58 cases of pelvic abscess were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 29 cases.The treatment group were treated with B-mode ultrasound-guided puncture pus injected antibiotic treatments,and the control group received surgery.Observed the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results There were no significant differences between the treatment group and control group with cure rate and total effective（P0.05）;Compared with the control group,the recovery time of body temperature and white blood cell,the symptoms disappeared time,hospitalization time were shorter,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion It is effective and reliable for B-monitored interventional treatment of pelvic abscess,worthy of clinical application.
