摘　　要：目的比较生理盐水、肝素钠2种静脉留置针封管液的效果。方法将100例静脉留置针输液患者分成A组和B组,各50例。A组用生理盐水封管,B组用肝素钠溶液封管。比较2组封管效果。结果A组堵管、回血、外渗及静脉炎发生率均高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝素钠溶液封管法的封管效果优于生理盐水封管法。Objective Compared the effect of two kinds venous catheter sealing liquid（saline and sodium）.Methods 100 cases of intravenous catheter infusion patients were divided into A group and B group,all 50 patients.A group received saline sealing,B group received sodium sealing.Compared the effect of two groups.Results Blocked pipes,back to blood,the incidence of extravasation and phlebitis of A group were higher than that of B group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Sodium solution sealed-tube method was more effective than saline sealed-tube method.
