利巴韦林喷剂治疗手足口病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察利巴韦林喷剂治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法126例手足口病患儿分为治疗组68例和对照组56例,分别应用利巴韦林喷剂和抗病毒口服液,观察患儿退热时间、主动进食时间、咽峡部溃疡愈合时间以及手足部位皮疹消退时间。结果治疗组患儿退热时间、主动进食时间、咽峡部溃疡愈合时间短于对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组手足部位皮疹消退时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利巴韦林喷剂治疗小儿手足口病疗效较好,无明显不良反应,患儿依从性好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ribavirin spray in treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease.Methods 126 Children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease were randomly divided into the control group of 58 cases and the treatment group of 68 cases.The treatment group was given ribavirin spray,the control group was given anti-virus oral.Observed the time of bring down fever,initiative feed,fauces department ulcer cicatrization and hand foot skin rash retrogression.Results The time respetively in the treatment group was shorter than control group,there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.But there was no significant difference between the two groups in rash retrogression time（P0.05）.Conclusions Ribavirin spray has better effect to use for hand-foot-and-mouth disease.
