某部队医院1999～2008年骨科军人住院疾病分析

摘　　要：目的了解某部队医院骨科住院军人患者疾病分布、住院费用及住院天数的情况,为部队医院骨科针对高发疾病提高诊治率及合理分配医疗资源提供科学依据。方法调阅88医院骨科1999～2008年住院军人患者1210例的住院病历并制成Excel表格,采用SPSS13.0行描述性分析。结果下肢损伤与膝部和足部疾病585例,占48.35%;特种作战部队患病绝对人数较多,比例较大。战士中也以特种作战部队战士患病率较高。19～26岁患者数有688例,占56.9%。下肢损伤与膝部和足部疾病共花费256.0209万元,占住院总费用的51.35%。人均住院费用最高的是非化脓性关节炎,为5448元。脊柱脊髓损伤与疾病平均住院时间最长,为22.33d。结论88医院骨科下肢损伤与膝部和足部疾病是最多见军人住院病种,消耗的医疗资源最多。平均住院费用最高的是非化脓性关节炎。脊柱脊髓损伤与疾病住院时间较长。Objective To study the features of military inpatients in the orthopedic department of a military hospital, including distribution of diseases, hospitalization costs and hospital stay, so as to supply scientific evidence to improve disease diagnosis and treatment, and allocate medical resources rationally. Method All of 1210 cases of military patients from 1999 to 2008 were investigated. The medical＇ records of all the patients were reviewed to create Excel form. Descriptive analysis was performed with SPSS 13.0. Result Of 1210 patients, 585 suffered from lower limb injuries and diseases, accounted for 48.35%, which was much more common in the patients from special forces army; 688 patients aged from 19 to 26 years, accounted for 56.9%. Hospitalization costs of lower limb injuries and diseases were ~2,560,209 （RMB）, accounted for 51.35% of the total hospital consume; non-suppurative arthritis cost, the highest average hospital consume, ￥5448 （RMB） for each patient. The patients with spinal injuries and diseases had the longest hospital stay,average 22.33 days for each patient. Conclusion Lower limb injuries and diseases are the most common disorders, which expend medical resources greatly. However, non-suppurative arthritis used the highest average hospital cost, and spinal injuries and diseases had the longest hospital stay.
