不同粒度黄芪粉对肉鸡抗氧化性能的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究不同粒度黄芪粉对肉鸡抗氧化性能的影响。选用1日龄、健康、体重接近的AA肉仔鸡120只，随机分为5个处理，处理I为对照组，饲喂常规基础日粮；处理Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、V为试验组，分别饲喂在对照组日粮基础上各添加0．2％不同粒度的黄芪粉A（50目）、B（100目）、C（超微细200目）、D（超微细400目）。结果表明：日粮中添加不同粒度的黄芪粉时，与对照组相比，均能显著的提高（P〈0．05）肉鸡血清SOD、GSH—Px活性和降低MDA含量（P〈0．05）。结论：肉鸡日粮中添加黄芪粉能够有效改善机体的抗氧化水平。A metabolism trial was conducted to investigate the effects of different particle size Astragalus on oxidation resistance index in broilers. One hundred and twenty 1 - d - old broilers were randomly distributed into individual cages for five dietary treatments for each diet. The treat-ment I is the control group and the treatment II , III, IV, V were added 0.2% different particle size Astragalus powder A （ 50screen mesh ）, B （ 100screen mesh ）, C （ 200screen mesh ）, D （400screen mesh） respectively. In the trial, the activities of GSH -Px and Cu -Zn SOD in serum increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） but MDA decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ） with the supplementation of Astragalus powder. In conclusion, the diets with Astragalus powder can improve the antioxidant level.
