复方银杏叶滴丸降脂作用的研究

摘　　要：目的考察复方银杏叶滴丸对高脂饮食小白鼠的降脂作用。方法以小白鼠的体重、肝重、血脂指标、Lee氏指数等为测定指标,比较复方银杏叶滴丸组对高脂饮食小白鼠的降脂作用。结果本品对肥胖小白鼠呈现降血脂和活血作用。结论本品对肥胖小白鼠有降血脂作用,与对照品比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。Objectives To explore the effects of Compound Yinxingye Dripping Pills on lowering blood lipid of high-fat-diet-fed mice.Methods Observe the antihyperlipidemic effect of Compound Yinxingye Dripping Pills by determining the body weight,liver weight,blood lipid indexes,Lee＇s index of the mice fed with high fat diet.Rresults This dripping pills was effective on lowering blood lipid and promoting blood circulation of fat mice.ConclusionF This product functions in antihyperlipidemia,with no significant difference with control animals（P0.05）.
