摘　　要：利用我国传统法文化本土资源,健全具有中国特色的代替性纠纷解决机制,是化解与日俱增的社会矛盾纠纷的一个有益探索。通过对我国传统法文化在化解社会纠纷中文化特征的再认识,客观分析其在维系中国古代社会长期稳定中所具有的独特功能,探寻传统法文化对健全当代我国代替性纠纷解决机制的有益启示。Using China＇s traditional law culture＇s local resource and improving alternative dispute resolution with Chinese characteristics is one of useful explorations in resolving ever increasing social dispution. Through re-recognizing of cultural characteristics of Chinese traditional law cutlure in resolving social disputes,, this article objectively analyses special fuctions of it in maintaining the long-term stability of ancient Chinese society and exploits useful enlightment in impoving modern Chinese alternative dispute resolution of traditonal law culture.
