摘  要:校园文化活动德育功能的实现主要受组织者和德育教育者的角色转介障碍、参与者和德育受教育者角色转化强度、活动内容和德育内容的融合效果等因素的影响。要有效发挥校园文化活动德育功能,必须消除界限,实现校园文化活动主客体的融合,注重实效,实现校园文化活动内容与形式的统一;精心策划,实现校园文化活动思想性和趣味性的统一;分清对象,使校园文化活动体现统一性与多样性的完美结合。The Moral Function of campus cultural activities, mainly effected by the three factors of the organizers and the referral barriers of moral education roles, the transforming strength of the role of the participants and the moral educated, the integration effect of the activities content and the moral content, therefore, to effectively exert the moral function of cultural activities on campus, it's need to eliminate boundaries, to achieve the main object of cultural activities on campus integration, results-oriented, campus and cultural activities to achieve the unity of the subject and object, carefully plan and achieve the unity of the thoughtful and interesting of campus cultural activities. To distinguish the objects and make the perfect combination of the unity and diversity that reflects the campus cultural activities.
