摘　　要：当前,培养一大批创新创业人才,特别是能够不断适应区域或地方经济发展需要的创新创业人才,是实现"人才资源强省"战略与"高教强省"目标的关键所在。那么,究竟什么是创新创业人才?新时期下的创新创业人才又被赋予了何种时代意义?创新创业人才培养与高教强省的关系怎样?各种类型的高校又是如何不断探索创新创业人才培养的新模式与途径的呢?江苏、福建两省180多位代表围绕这些问题在苏州大学召开了2009"高教强省:创新创业人才培养"学术研讨会。本文将与会代表的观点进行了融汇与梳理。At present, to cultivate large number of innovation and entrepreneurial talents, in particular, the talent who has the ability to constantly adapt to regional or local economic development, is target lies to realize ＂human resources province＂ strategic and ＂the powerful province of higher education＂. So, what is innovation and entrepreneurial talents？ It has been given what the times mean under the new era of innovative entrepreneurship？ How the innovation entrepreneurship talent training and the relationship between the province of higher education？ Are various types of colleges and universities how to foster entrepreneurship, innovation and continuous exploration of new models and approaches？ To solve these issues, more than 180 representatives from Jiangsu and Fujian provinces participated the seminar of 2009 ＂the powerful province of higher education~ innovative entrepreneurship talent training＂ that was held in Suzhou University,. The article integrated and carding the view of the participants.
